The keys for living a limitless life

How turbulence, fear, uncertainty and failure are your best friends

When I hear, read or see the word limits, all I see is an open door that invites me to rediscover human greatness.

Example:

2020.

The most turbulent year — economically speaking — since it began to climb in 2012. It was not until the end of the year that I was able to “save” it.

I count more than 1,200 defeats, failures, falls, failures or whatever you want to call them.

On the other hand, more than 3,100 small and medium victories, achievements, triumphs or successes.

More than 2,300 learnings — at least the ones I have been able to count and record day after day.

I count more than 1,900 things that I have realized that I had not “seen” before-

Recorded 390 questions I have asked myself — one a day for a year, and sometimes two.

The year I have and balance the emotional and especially the spiritual dimension, at the same level as the physical and intellectual, I would say that the second is even more empowered than the other three. This is allowing me to discover a new power that affects my whole being. The is very much to blame for it.

Note: shortly, I will delve into everything tried, tested, launched, done and achieved in 2020 as I do every year.

Why and how there are no limits?

“Dance with fear” — Seth Godin.

What can I conclude with all this?

1. There is only one teacher, and it’s ourselves.

2. We are years away from finding a limit to the development of our .

3. The performance of a human being does not have a ceiling if you approach it holistically.

4. We seek to learn outside when the answer is always inside.

5. Daily exponential micro-growth beats any long-term success. In fact, there is no way that “great success” (macro) is given without applying the “micro”. I can assure you that in one year you can grow what you have grown in ten.

The keys:

Action, take action every day.

Measure and monitor that action: what you do, what and when it happens, where it takes you, how it changes you, what happens next.

Persevere without seeing results; you don’t need them, what is needed is you training every day, at least for a year. When you reach the goal, you will be able to conclude, and you will be surprised at what has been achieved.

Persisting in repeating the same process over and over again, year after year, even if the first and second years you think you have made no progress.

I am on my way to my 39 years, and I feel that I am close to new limits that will help me discover other limits far beyond. It is exploring them and dancing among them, that keeps me alive, and with the enthusiasm, energy and the joy of a 16-year-old boy.
